The many events of this past year have motivated individuals, communities and organizations to reflect and recommit to their values. At Emerge, it has been no different as we made a quick transition to the virtual office and attempted to support more clients within the community. Now more than ever, we recognize the need for support and connection for our clients especially during these times of uncertainty and transition.
We are excited about this upcoming year as we take steps to grow our practice.
As we look to expand our reach and the support we can offer, we have been thinking about ways to better connect to our clients and community. One of the new initiatives will be to break into the world of blogging. This will be a new experience for us as we learn to communicate through this medium and explore the topics and articles that are helpful for our audience. We are hopeful that this will be another meaningful way we can start a conversation about many of the topics that we are passionate about including mental health, college counseling and various life transitions. Please feel free to leave us comments or reach out with suggestions and feedback as we take this opportunity to develop this platform and our voice.
We recognize that in today’s connected world there is an abundance of content out there, be it through the numerous social media platforms, unlimited podcast selection or continuously growing list of streaming platforms. With that in mind, we wanted to start off by trying to filter through some of the information out there and bring you concise and informative reviews of recommended books, podcasts, articles, or even shows. Hopefully this can become a beneficial resource to you, our readers, as an outlet for updates and information regarding various topics related to self care and life skills necessary for taking care of your mental wellness.
We are excited to get this conversation started and look forward to where this can take us. See you in the blogosphere!
